1. General information only
The content on the Satbeams website (the “Service”) is published for general information and reference purposes only. It does not constitute professional, engineering, operational, legal or commercial advice, and must not be relied upon as such.
2. Accuracy and completeness of data
Satbeams presents technical reference data about satellites, including orbital positions, footprints, coverage, transponder and beam parameters, channel line-ups, operators and launch information. This data is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and current, we make no warranty or representation that it is complete, accurate, reliable or up to date. Satellite characteristics change over time and some information is estimated, modelled or derived.
3. Third-party sources
Much of the data is aggregated from, or based upon, third-party sources including satellite operators, manufacturers, orbital-data providers and public catalogues. These sources are acknowledged on our Credits page. We do not control these sources and are not responsible for errors, omissions or delays in the information they provide, nor for any changes made by them.
4. Predicted and modelled information
Footprints, coverage maps, signal-strength contours and similar visualisations may be predicted, modelled or illustrative rather than measured. Actual reception depends on many factors — equipment, location, alignment, weather, interference and operator configuration — that are outside our knowledge and control. Illustrations should not be used to size equipment or to guarantee reception at any location.
5. No professional advice
Nothing on the Service should be treated as advice on which to base equipment purchases, installations, frequency planning, safety-critical operations or any commercial or legal decision. You should obtain independent professional advice and verify all information before acting on it.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and resources. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the contents of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. A link does not imply endorsement.
