Copyright, trade mark and permitted-use information for the Satbeams website and its content, and how to submit a notice of infringement.
Last updated: 6 July 2026
1. Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, the Satbeams website and all material on it — including text, layout, graphics, databases, and the selection, coordination and arrangement of the data (the “compilation”) — are owned by or licensed to Satbeams SRL and are protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property laws. © 2026 Satbeams SRL. All rights reserved.
2. Trade marks and third-party rights
“Satbeams” and the Satbeams logo are registered trade marks of Satbeams SRL in the European Union (EUIPO) and the United States (USPTO). You may not use these marks without our prior written permission, except to refer factually to the Service.
Product names, company names, logos and trade marks referred to on the Service — including those of satellite operators, manufacturers and launch providers — are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely for identification and reference and their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by their owners. Certain data sets displayed on the Service are provided by third parties and remain subject to their rights and terms; these are listed on our Credits page.
3. Permitted use
You may view, download and print extracts from the Service for your own personal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not modify the material and you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Any other use — including systematic copying, republication, redistribution, extraction of substantial parts of the underlying data, or use in another product or service — requires our prior written permission.
4. Restrictions
- You must not remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice.
- You must not scrape, mirror or systematically extract data from the Service to build or populate a competing database or product.
- You must not use the content in any way that is misleading, unlawful, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
5. User submissions
If you submit content to us (for example feedback or corrections), you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store and reproduce that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
6. Reporting infringement (notice and takedown)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, please send a notice through our copyright contact form including:
- your name and contact details;
- identification of the work you claim has been infringed;
- the exact URL(s) where the material appears on the Service;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate, in line with applicable law including the EU Digital Services Act and, for U.S. rights holders, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
7. Permissions and contact
